We stayed here for trip, everything was really good and it was in the unbeatable and nice location in a very central area. The staff were top-class and offered guidance. No complaints whatsoever, this was a good stay because of the friendly and helpful service of the bartender ball.

Location

Staff was arrogant, room had a technical problem that made a lot of noice which took the technical people till 4 am to repair it. We had to leave at 8 am in the morning for a trip so we practically didn't sleep. However, we didn't get any compensation. For a room that normally costs almost 19000 bath, this was really unexeptable.On top of al this, they just took the money from my VISA without asking!!! This while the reservation form clearly mentiones that the VISA card number is only as deposit! In my opinion , this is unexceptable!!!!

Modern facilities, close to shops but also quiet and carefree in resort pool, fantastic breakfast, perfect for our honeymoon, no complaints we loved it!

It was perfect, can honestly tell you we have stayed in many hotels, we did get the room with seaviews that had a loungeroom etc, so it was nicier than the average room, but everything was totally fantastic, from the room to the food the pool bar was fun it was really great.
